We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regulatory Pharmacist to join our thriving team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this crucial role, you will ensure seamless regulatory compliance, manage vital documentation, and facilitate efficient product clearance processes to support our expanding portfolio of trusted consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities- Process regulatory documentation and secure timely approval for permits to clear consignments.
- Upload documents on the NAFDAC PID portal to initiate Remita payment invoices, stamps, and endorsements.
- Track shipments proactively to ensure accurate shipping documents reach the regulatory department promptly.
- Liaise with clearing agents to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards during the clearing process.
- Manage NAFDAC fee approvals, execute bank payments, and oversee annual PCN premises and pharmacist license renewals.
- Identify, prevent, and resolve regulatory errors and issues efficiently.
- Represent the company professionally at NAFDAC offices for all regulatory-related functions.
- Administer first aid and manage inventory for the head office alongside other assigned duties.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license from the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- Strong familiarity with NAFDAC portals, guidelines, and clearing procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
