Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and maintain documentation required for product registrations, renewals, and variations.
  • Submit accurate regulatory applications and maintain comprehensive records of all submissions, approvals, and agency correspondence.
  • Review product information, labels, artwork, and marketing claims to ensure strict compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Track registrations, renewals, approvals, queries, and expiry dates to ensure critical deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory databases, trackers, and digital document archives.
  • Support innovation and renovation projects by providing timely regulatory guidance and identifying potential compliance risks.
  • Coordinate the collection of certificates, product samples, application forms, and required documentation from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support responses to regulatory queries, inspections, and compliance actions from relevant authorities.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory updates and share actionable insights that may impact our business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of regulatory commitments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, or a related Life Science discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, R&D, Manufacturing, or a related technical function.
  • Solid understanding of product registration processes, labelling standards, claims substantiation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation and record management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams and external regulatory partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the aptitude to learn specialised regulatory systems.
