Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health care treatment and nursing support for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate and best-practice documentation for all patient treatment plans and medical histories.
- Manage sensitive and confidential patient information with the utmost respect, professionalism, and discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of experts to ensure holistic patient care and recovery.
- Exercise sound, independent judgment and quick thinking during medical emergencies.
- Demonstrate tact, diplomacy, immense patience, and compassion in all patient interactions.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, external agencies, and healthcare organizations.
- Comply strictly with all nursing policies, clinical protocols, and program regulations.
- Must possess a valid and current Mental Health Practicing License.
- Must be a fully qualified Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
- Must have 1 to 3 years of professional work experience as a psychiatric nurse in a clinical setting.
- Must be medically and physically fit to handle the demands of psychiatric nursing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis-management skills.
