About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our patients receive fast, dependable, and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers warmly and provide exceptional frontline service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Support the licensed pharmacist with accurate prescription processing and medication dispensing.
- Manage inventory efficiently, restock shelves using the First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) method, and rigorously monitor expiry dates.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash or electronic payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) guidelines.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and hands-on familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory compliance is an added advantage.
