We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence for all patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough patient assessments using age-specific techniques, analyze data, and formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Administer medications safely, monitor patient responses, and intervene appropriately when side effects or complications arise.
- Provide essential emotional support to patients and families, helping to alleviate anxiety and address educational needs.
- Conduct scheduled home visits and provide specialized care, including managing pediatric and infectious disease cases.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and perform necessary clerical duties to support clinic operations.
- Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and participate in community health initiatives to promote disease prevention.
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing college or university, ideally graduating within the top 10 percent of the class.
- Must possess a valid, current nursing license to practice in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate nursing experience in an accredited University Teaching Hospital, Federal Medical Centre, or international hospital.
- Active clinical experience with direct patient care for at least 2 of the last 3 years.
