Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care in alignment with professional nursing standards.
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and execute effective patient management plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of patient care and treatment responses.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Adhere strictly to hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Manage emergency situations efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) practicing licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
- Specialized experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Stroke, ICU, or Neurorehabilitation Wards in a Teaching or Government Hospital is a distinct advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
