Crystal Thorpe is incorporated in the United Kingdom to develop and manage specialist hospitals and clinics in Nigeria, providing comprehensive turnkey solutions from concept development to commissioning. We serve corporate institutions, insurance companies, and governments, aiming to set a new standard for healthcare excellence across West Africa. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team at our modern facility in Gwagwalada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional, compassionate nursing care to patients in alignment with international best practices.
- Manage specialized care duties within the ICU and general nursing wards with high attention to detail.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document clinical notes accurately.
- Interact professionally with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Utilize hospital IT systems for patient data management and clinical reporting.
- Maintain a smart, neat appearance and demonstrate a customer-focused, gentle approach to patient care.
- Exercise sound clinical judgment and maintain composure while working under pressure.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution.
- Specialized training or experience as an ICU Nurse is an added advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of post-qualification nursing experience, preferably within a modern private hospital setting.
- Valid registration and current practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Essential IT literacy and strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
