About the Role

We are currently looking for a results-driven Regional Stock Controller to join our dynamic operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing robust stock management policies, ensuring accurate inventory records, and driving supply chain excellence across our partner and distributor outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of stocks in partner and distributor outlets with prompt system updates.
  • Analyze stock reports, including aging and optimization, to identify discrepancies, excess stock, or shortages.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any inventory variances and execute corrective actions.
  • Plan and execute the redistribution of slow-moving or aged stock to high-velocity locations.
  • Perform physical verifications, regular reconciliations, and spot checks on stock balances.
  • Reconcile stock deliveries with purchase orders, invoices, and physical counts.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory consumption reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to implement control systems that reduce inventory obsolescence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong familiarity with supply chain procedures, inventory audits, and logistics goal delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM software.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Must reside within the specified region in Nigeria.
