About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Regional Retail Operations Team Lead to join our team in Enugu and drive operational excellence across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive stock reconciliation across the region, including reordering understocked SKUs, controlling DSR holding levels within min-max limits, and tracking aged stock returns.
- Oversee phone repair logistics to ensure SLA compliance, manage reverse logistics adherence, and expedite cancellation closure timelines.
- Monitor collection and payment performance metrics to safeguard regional financial objectives.
- Coach shop assistants on internal processes, product knowledge, M-KOPA.net systems, and top-tier customer service standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on shop assistant performance while training new Stock Controllers and conducting weekly refresher sessions.
- Establish and manage virtual depot operations to streamline regional logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in field office operations, customer care, sales, or retail management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Customer Service, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in inventory control, reverse logistics, stock allocation, and modern retail management systems.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of coaching and motivating teams.
