About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Manager for North-West Nigeria to oversee school operations, provide instructional leadership, and ensure the successful implementation of data-driven educational services across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Provide management oversight to Schools Supervisors, ensuring operating performance and instructional learning targets are met.
- Drive instructional leadership focusing on daily lesson completion, positive classroom management, and student retention.
- Coach and mentor Schools Supervisors to enhance their management skills and academy goal achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and state government officials, traditional leaders, and parents.
- Travel daily to various school communities across the assigned Nigerian state for continuous monitoring and support.
- Bachelor of Education (Education Degree) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in low-cost or public schooling environments.
- Extensive experience in community-based work, field management, and people management.
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
