About the Role
M-P Infrastructure Limited is a leading infrastructure development and management company specializing in renewable energy, power, water, and telecommunications technology across Africa. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our regional operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure optimal network performance and service delivery across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate field teams, supervisors, opex, diesel, PPM, and operations support teams to ensure seamless daily activities.
- Ensure the achievement of internal and customer-defined SLAs while maintaining high standards of network reliability.
- Supervise overall diesel management, prevent fuel mismanagement, and collaborate with security teams to address theft promptly.
- Oversee preventative, corrective, routine, and breakdown maintenance to guarantee maximum uptime.
- Utilize SAP to efficiently coordinate work orders, requisitions, and associated maintenance requirements.
- Develop, refine, and implement field service engineering policies, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to identify ground-level challenges and implement proactive solutions to prevent network degradation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in telecom operations, including substantial leadership roles.
- Strong technical understanding of telecom networks, infrastructure, and field operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, vendor coordination, and data management.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
