About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our technical operations, optimize fleet performance, and support our growing logistics network.
Key Responsibilities- Implement comprehensive preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance policies and procedures across all regional operations.
- Maintain the functionality and reliability of engines, machines, and automotive systems through regular diagnostic checks.
- Supervise technical staff and conduct thorough incoming and outgoing inspections on all automobile parts.
- Direct and manage multiple logistics and maintenance teams across diverse operational environments.
- Review repairs and installations to guarantee strict compliance with industry safety standards and operational accuracy.
- Perform root cause analysis for vehicle failures and initiate effective design modifications to minimize future breakdowns.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in fleet management, automotive maintenance, or regional technical operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse teams and complex logistics projects.
- In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance software, vehicle diagnostics, and safety regulations.
