About the Role

M-P Infrastructure Limited, a leading infrastructure development and management company, is recruiting a Regional HR Manager to oversee human resources operations across our dynamic South East regional operations. We are a decade-established organization specializing in Renewable Energy, Power, Water, Communication, and Technology solutions, with an expanding continental presence across Ghana, Cameroon, Zambia, Côte d'Ivoire, Rwanda, and South Africa.

We seek a strategically-minded HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, project-driven construction environments. You will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, excel at managing large blue-collar and white-collar talent pipelines, and possess the diplomatic skills to navigate matrix organizational structures and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive HR support for business operations across assigned regions
  • Coordinate performance management processes for office and site-based employees
  • Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for engineers and site professionals
  • Develop manpower plans aligned with business requirements
  • Oversee daily HR operations across multiple locations
  • Ensure consistent policy implementation and Nigerian labour law compliance
  • Maintain accurate HR reporting, headcount data, and analytics
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6–8 years progressive HR experience minimum
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Construction or Real Estate sectors
  • Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment and site-based workforce planning
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and HR data reporting skills
  • Deep knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, contract staffing, and casual labour management
  • CIPM certification or membership highly preferred
  • Must be residing in Awka, Anambra State or surrounding areas
