Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and advanced financial models while providing actionable variance analysis.
- Monitor production and operating costs, driving vital cost optimization initiatives across energy, logistics, and raw materials.
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal audit policies to maintain robust financial governance.
- Oversee working capital, liquidity management, and cash flow efficiency across multiple plants and regional subsidiaries.
- Partner closely with plant managers and commercial teams to provide financial insights supporting pricing and investment decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing regional finance teams to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Mandatory professional accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with substantial background in multi-plant or regional manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, treasury oversight, and strategic business partnering.
