About the Role
Jaza Energy is the last-mile energy company building solar energy charging stations and renting batteries in off-grid communities. Our supply chain team is fun, fast-paced, agile, and people-focused, operating under the core belief that we win through our people. We are currently looking for a results-driven Regional Dispatcher to take ownership of last-mile transport execution, ensuring high performance, controlled costs, and seamless delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Own daily and weekly dispatch plans aligned to outbound demand and deployment schedules.
- Build optimised vehicle loads and assign routes before dispatch windows open to maximize density.
- Enforce system-based dispatch execution with zero reliance on informal communication channels.
- Manage both internal fleet and 3PL partners against defined SLAs and performance metrics.
- Conduct structured end-of-day debriefs ensuring full Proof of Delivery (POD) capture and exception closure.
- Maintain real-time visibility across all active deliveries, vehicle utilisation, and route execution.
- Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in dispatch, transport coordination, or last-mile logistics.
- Strong understanding of last-mile logistics constraints and emerging market supply chain dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with dispatch platforms such as Loginext or Routific.
- Demonstrated track record of owning delivery performance, vehicle utilisation, and DIFOT metrics.
