We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our human resources team and help us attract, select, and retain top-tier talent for our expanding operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, ensuring timely closure and alignment with manpower requisitions.
- Source top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks while building robust talent pools for critical roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone and video interviews, and coordinate subsequent selection stages with hiring managers.
- Administer assessments, prepare interview documentation, and provide expert guidance on candidate availability and sourcing strategies.
- Execute rigorous reference checks and coordinate comprehensive pre-employment requirements for successful candidates.
- Manage the job offer process, communicate employment terms, and ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout their journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records while ensuring full compliance with internal HR policies.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding and resumption transition.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is a strong added advantage.
- Three to five years of proven talent acquisition experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting across diverse functions, including technical, commercial, professional, and managerial levels.
