As we continue to expand our operations in Nigeria, we are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team and support the effective delivery of HR operations and strategic consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, seamless employee onboarding, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in delivering high-impact HR consulting projects and client-facing assignments across various industries.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports, policy documents, professional presentations, and correspondence.
  • Liaise effectively with internal employees and external clients to resolve HR-related enquiries and fulfill service requirements.
  • Support internal and external HR audits, regulatory compliance activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate staff training sessions, corporate meetings, and other strategic HR projects as required by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Possess 2 to 4 years of proven relevant HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR practices, industry best practices, and Nigerian Labour Laws.
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR information systems or management software.
