About the Role
Grand Oak Limited, a leading pan-African conglomerate, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our talent acquisition function by providing accurate recruitment data, analytics, reporting, and operational insights to enhance hiring efficiency and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data across all vacancies and hiring channels.
- Track and report key talent acquisition metrics, including Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, and offer conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment dashboards and periodic management reports.
- Analyse recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and sourcing channel effectiveness to drive continuous process improvement.
- Monitor recruitment activities against agreed SLAs and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment operations, HR analytics, or talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis; familiarity with Power BI and ATS platforms is an advantage.
