Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with seamless employee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate staff training and development sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and attendance tracking.
- Help administer performance management cycles and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide general HR administrative support to the human resources team as needed.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for human resources, talent management, and employee relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and confidentiality.
