We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our esteemed clients and top-tier talent, coordinating recruitment briefs and ensuring that all hires perfectly align with client specifications and company culture.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment briefs from various clients and ensure alignment with specific role requirements.
- Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates for open positions utilizing diverse channels including professional social media groups.
- Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment and selection process from job posting to final onboarding.
- Conduct detailed resume screening and initial phone interviews to develop robust candidate shortlists.
- Evaluate and interview candidates for roles ranging from entry-level positions to senior executive capacities.
- Maintain an updated and organized database of active candidates for frequent and high-volume job roles.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define qualification criteria and develop effective assessment methods.
- Bachelor degree in a numerate or business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of cognate work experience in Human Resources or Business Development.
- Prior experience working within a consulting environment is a strong added advantage.
