About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and organised Recruitment Associate for our client, a leading HR advisory firm in Nigeria. This junior-level position begins with recruitment administration and coordination, offering a clear pathway to develop into talent research, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate client, candidate, and recruitment records using internal databases and tracking systems.
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and follow up promptly on outstanding actions.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage calendars, and maintain seamless candidate communication.
- Prepare professional candidate profiles, shortlists, schedules, and comprehensive recruitment reports.
- Research target talent pools, industries, and alternative recruitment channels across the Nigerian market.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and proprietary databases.
- Review CVs and applications meticulously against specific role requirements.
- Support candidate screening and interviews as technical skills and confidence develop.
- Build and nurture robust candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
- Support recruitment training, talent placement projects, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Assist with corporate recruitment events, career fairs, and other strategic talent initiatives.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience encompassing recruitment, HR support, administration, or relevant internships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with an eagle-eyed attention to detail.
- Strong foundational research skills coupled with a genuine passion for recruitment and talent management.
- Proficiency in or a strong willingness to quickly learn Google Workspace and modern HRIS platforms.
- High eagerness to learn, take on increasing responsibilities, and grow within a dynamic team.
