About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee our HR operations and support our growing team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and staff regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct, and overall performance.
- Coordinate staff appraisals, performance reviews, and professional development programmes.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Oversee staff welfare, leave administration, and related employment matters.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations.
- Advise management on workforce planning, optimal staffing needs, and strategic HR matters.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and provide actionable recommendations to executive management.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) will be a strong added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and modern HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software tools.
