About the Role
Alpha Mead Group, a leading Total Real Estate Solutions Company operating in over 10 African countries and certified to international standards (ISO 9001:2015) by UKAS, is seeking a talented and data-driven Recruitment Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier talent to support our rapid growth and continuous innovation across the continent.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from job requisition to offer generation and seamless onboarding.
- Source and identify qualified candidates utilizing diverse recruitment channels, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on clearly defined competency requirements.
- Develop and publish compelling job advertisements tailored to attract top industry talent.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain transparent, effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track key recruitment metrics and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Conduct candidate assessments, thorough reference checks, and other essential pre-employment activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing digitization of recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current organizational needs and future strategic growth.
- First degree in any relevant discipline from a reputable tertiary institution.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management.
- Solid understanding of modern recruitment processes, talent sourcing strategies, and assessment methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced capability in Excel for HR data analytics.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for advanced data visualization is considered an added advantage.
