About the Role
Rotation and Precision Machines Limited, a premier sales and procurement firm delivering comprehensive engineering solutions across manufacturing sectors, is seeking a meticulous and results-driven Reconciliation Analyst. In this dynamic 4-month contract role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining financial integrity, resolving discrepancies, and supporting our accounting operations with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations, including bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, transaction errors, and variances in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement and finance teams to verify financial records and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and reconciliation summaries for management review.
- Assist with general accounting duties and ledger maintenance as required during the contract period.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional accounting experience with a strong focus on account reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing complex reconciliations and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to resume immediately and commit to the 4-month contract duration.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 500,000.
