We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Secretary to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to patients, visitors, and vendors with utmost courtesy and professionalism.
- Register new patients accurately and maintain updated electronic and physical records.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and handle general patient enquiries efficiently.
- Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.
- Provide clear and accurate basic information regarding the laboratory's diagnostic services and pricing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties including typing, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all patient medical records and personal information in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a front-desk, secretarial, or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or corporate environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Competitive monthly salary of NGN 70,000.
