About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front-of-house team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our visitors, ensuring seamless operations from arrival to departure while upholding our high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete guest check-in and check-out process, including identity verification, room key issuance, and accurate payment processing.
- Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently via phone, email, and in-person requests while maintaining inventory records.
- Provide outstanding guest service by answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and assisting with concierge tasks such as booking transport.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure absolute satisfaction and positive brand loyalty.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to guarantee rooms are prepared and special requests are fulfilled.
- Adhere strictly to hotel security and safety protocols, including secure room access and responsible handling of guest valuables.
- Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional personal presentation.
- Strong proficiency in using hotel management software, reservation systems, and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and problem-focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
