About the Role
Drinks.ng is currently looking for a dedicated and meticulous Receiving Officer to strengthen our inbound logistics and inventory controls. In this role, you will play a critical part in verifying delivered goods, maintaining accurate ERP records, and collaborating with our procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Validate inbound deliveries against approved Purchase Orders for accurate SKU, quantity, pack size, and condition.
- Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies such as short deliveries, damages, and price mismatches.
- Log and enter supplier stock invoices into the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation including GRNs, delivery notes, and exception logs.
- Compute unit and landed costs to support accurate financial valuation and selling price generation.
- Coordinate closely with the Inventory Controller, Procurement Manager, and warehouse teams to expedite exception resolution.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse finance, or procurement operations within FMCG, retail, or distribution.
- Solid understanding of three-way matching principles and inventory documentation.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and spreadsheets with exceptional data accuracy.
