Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and professional leadership in the Department of Nursing Science.
- Engage in rigorous full-time teaching, curriculum development, and innovative research.
- Initiate, guide, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
- Publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Participate in departmental and university-wide administrative duties and community service.
- Leverage ICT tools effectively for blended learning, digital instruction, and academic administration.
- A Ph.D. degree in Nursing Science or a directly relevant field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of cumulative full-time teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of significant peer-reviewed publications in reputable outlets.
- Active membership in relevant professional nursing bodies and regulatory councils.
- Proven ability to initiate and supervise student research projects.
- Demonstrable proficiency in information and communication technology (ICT).
- Competitive remuneration structured similarly to Federal Universities in Nigeria (KDUTSS 07).
