Shirley's Treasures Schools is urgently seeking a passionate, competent, and experienced English Language Teacher to join our dynamic academic community. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English language and literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Integrate mindfulness and positive reinforcement techniques into classroom management to foster a conducive learning environment.
- Encourage students to develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through diverse literary activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to design student-centered development programs and participate in school events.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, Literature, or a related field (NCE or PGDE is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven classroom teaching experience in a reputable school.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of child psychology, cognitive development, and modern pedagogical strategies.
