About the Role

We are currently seeking an accomplished academic professional to join our vibrant faculty as a Reader in Human Physiology for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic session.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Human Physiology.
- Supervise student research projects at various academic levels.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish scholarly articles in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental administration.
- Participate in community service initiatives and university committee assignments.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Human Physiology or a closely related relevant field.
- A minimum of 9 years of full-time teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A strong portfolio of significant peer-reviewed scholarly publications in reputable outlets.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies.
