About the Role
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a prominent leader in the Nigerian manufacturing and consumer goods sector renowned for our trusted Golden Penny brand, is looking for a driven RDC Warehouse Supervisor to join our supply chain team in Abuja. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to guarantee the accurate receipt, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch of inventory. You will play a crucial part in driving operational efficiency, maintaining strict safety standards, and ensuring optimal stock rotation to support our depot performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily receiving, put-away, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch activities to ensure accurate and timely stock movement.
- Verify inbound and outbound stock quantities, documentation, batch details, and product condition prior to processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate warehouse personnel and allocate daily tasks to achieve order fulfilment and Truck Turnaround Time targets.
- Ensure proper stacking, location management, housekeeping, and compliance with approved Stacking Pattern Standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and support periodic stock audits, investigating and escalating inventory variances for timely resolution.
- Minimum of an OND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least two (2) years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, inventory management, or a related operational role.
- Demonstrated ability in coordinating warehouse teams and managing inventory control activities.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, planning, and detail-oriented documentation skills.
