Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a prominent leader in the Nigerian manufacturing and food production industry, is seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join our supply chain team. We are currently looking for a dynamic candidate to fill the role of RDC Assistant Depot Manager to help drive our depot and warehouse activities toward greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily inbound, storage, picking, loading, dispatch, and outbound warehouse operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Coordinate customer order fulfilment, load planning, and dispatch activities to achieve OTIF, OTD, and Truck Turnaround Time targets.
- Monitor stock availability, ageing, shelf life, replenishment requirements, and SLOB exposure while enforcing FIFO and FEFO principles.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of inventory transactions within D365 and WMS platforms.
- Manage depot team performance, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Possess a B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in warehouse, depot, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a distinct advantage.
