We are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Radiography Intern. This internship provides a dynamic environment for early-career professionals to develop core competencies under the supervision of seasoned medical specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior radiographers in conducting diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, ultrasounds, and other specialized scans.
- Ensure adherence to strict safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines for patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare equipment for daily medical imaging operations.
- Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients before, during, and after imaging procedures.
- Participate in hospital training sessions, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.
- Must possess a recognized degree or equivalent in Radiography from a reputable university in Nigeria or abroad.
- Must possess provisional registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) or relevant council.
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment.
