About the Role
Westcare Specialist Hospital, established in 1998, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Radiographer to join our dynamic medical team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in patient diagnosis and care by delivering accurate and safe imaging services in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, ECG, and Ultrasound examinations as required.
- Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, and safety throughout all imaging procedures.
- Capture high-quality diagnostic images and ensure accurate image documentation.
- Adhere strictly to radiation protection, safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage imaging documentation efficiently.
- Perform basic equipment checks, report technical issues promptly, and maintain a clean working environment.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement of imaging services.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Radiography from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license and current registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Ultrasound, ECG, and X-ray operations.
- Previous working experience in a reputable hospital or diagnostic center is preferred.
- Mandatory NYSC discharge certificate.
