We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Radiographer to join our esteemed medical facility in Lagos, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical patient care, oversee radiation and material management, and ensure strict compliance with national regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Lagos Clinic Medical Radiology Unit in collaboration with the PHC Radiographer, ensuring seamless daily operations for a minimum of 40 hours per week plus scheduled emergency coverage.
  • Conduct accurate general and emergency radiographic examinations for both adult and pediatric patients with high precision and timely reporting.
  • Manage effective stock control, procurement, and maintenance of radiographic materials and X-ray equipment for the clinic.
  • Serve as the Medical Radiation Safety Officer to guarantee the safe administration of radiation, manage personnel dosimeter badges, and implement comprehensive radiation monitoring programs.
  • Ensure timely reporting of any radiation-related incidents in compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate inspection visits from the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NNRA).

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an HND in Radiography from a recognized institution with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable health facility.
  • Mandatory current registration and valid practice license with the Radiography Board of Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated expertise in medical radiation safety, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional teamwork, high integrity, and strict adherence to patient confidentiality and professional medical ethics.
