About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to oversee project economics from inception to completion, ensuring optimal resource utilization and strict adherence to approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates, project cost plans, and comprehensive budgets.
- Develop, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and verify completed works accurately.
- Monitor actual project expenditures against approved budgets, identifying and analyzing cost variances.
- Review construction contract documents, evaluate contractor payment claims, and manage variation orders.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce project costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Prepare timely weekly and monthly cost performance reports, budget reviews, and final project cost summaries.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction management field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within residential, building, or infrastructure construction.
- Strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and value engineering.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with high commercial awareness.
