Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests and physical-chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished beverage samples.
- Regularly visit the production workshop to collect representative samples for routine quality inspection.
- Ensure all production indicators strictly align with internal quality assurance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate, detailed testing and analysis reports for management review and compliance tracking.
- Safeguard overall product stability and safety throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle.
- Identify potential quality deviations and promptly escalate issues to the production and quality assurance teams.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in laboratory operations and familiarity with standard beverage testing methodologies.
- Strong ability to independently complete sample analysis, data recording, and interpretation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, rigorous analytical mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
