Key Responsibilities- Ensure full compliance with the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Carry out routine and rigorous analysis on all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products.
- Monitor and ensure the absolute cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and its surrounding environment in line with health standards.
- Liaise professionally with government regulatory officials during inspections and routine visits.
- Ensure that all products produced consistently match the required quality, weight, and safety specifications.
- Document quality control data and report any discrepancies promptly to management.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Quality Control Officer, preferably within a bakery or food processing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control methodologies in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with regulatory bodies.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
