Key Responsibilities- Supervise comprehensive inspections, measurements, and functional tests using appropriate tools and specialized equipment.
- Verify all inspection results meticulously and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Ensure that incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods strictly comply with company and regulatory quality standards.
- Monitor active production processes to ensure optimal operation within established quality parameters.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, collaborating proactively with production teams to resolve issues.
- Verify product conformity following rework or corrective actions before recommending product release.
- Promote a robust culture of quality awareness, defect prevention, and continuous organizational improvement.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant professional training or certification in quality management.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of plastic raw materials, manufacturing processes, injection moulding, and blow moulding.
- Proven previous experience supervising QC and QA personnel in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern quality reporting software.
