About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading management consultancy firm, is seeking a competent, results-driven Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Jos, Plateau State. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of diverse civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet rigorous safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily construction site activities and coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and laborers.
- Ensure all works strictly adhere to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections for concrete works, reinforcement, and general building materials.
- Monitor project progress, manage resource allocation, and prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all active project sites.
- Liaise seamlessly with project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) or HND in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on civil engineering and construction site supervision experience.
- Active registration with COREN and membership in the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
