About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our dynamic laboratory team in Nigeria and uphold our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze samples from all manufacturing stages to ensure strict compliance with production standards.
  • Test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished pharmaceutical products against established specifications.
  • Ensure all laboratory experiments adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Perform minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and routine maintenance to keep laboratory instruments in optimal working condition.
  • Document and report laboratory findings accurately in technical documents and report sheets.
  • Assist in defining assay criteria, drafting standard operating procedures, and reviewing test outcomes for product release.
  • Conduct rigorous quality control checks throughout the entire production lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Pure and Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Science Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English Language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of productivity software including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with high personal integrity and attention to detail.
  • Agile, self-driven, and proactive mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
