About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to play a central role in strengthening how quality is defined, measured, and delivered across our growing suite of digital products. In this role, you will go beyond routine testing to shape our QA practices, introduce scalable testing frameworks, and ensure that every product release meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and usability.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive testing architecture, test cases, and scripts for web and software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects thoroughly using structured tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and system architects throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing to guarantee exceptional user experiences.
- Ensure strict compliance with software quality standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Guide engineering teams on testability, reliability, and quality considerations during the development phase.
- Monitor production readiness, verify deployments, and introduce metrics to track testing effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience designing testing frameworks and improving QA processes within agile teams.
- Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools, methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of API testing and backend systems using tools like Postman or REST clients.
- Proficiency with bug-tracking platforms such as Jira and test management tools like TestRail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills paired with a high attention to detail.
