About the Role
Lily Hospitals Limited, a leading multi-specialty private healthcare provider established in 1984, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate to support our mission of delivering world-class medical services. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our rigorous standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across all hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine risk assessments and support the implementation of effective mitigation actions.
- Monitor staff compliance with internal controls, standard operating procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Perform internal process audits, spot checks, and comprehensive compliance reviews.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Review incidents, patient complaints, and near-miss reports while supporting resolution tracking.
- Assist in the development and review of organizational policies, standard operating procedures, and control frameworks.
- Monitor the performance and compliance of outsourced service providers.
- Conduct regular environmental, hygiene, and safety compliance checks.
- Support the implementation of ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, and DMAIC quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and other applicable laws.
- Support internal customer satisfaction surveys and generate actionable performance reports.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding quality assurance and internal control processes.
- Bachelor's degree in any science-related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance, internal control, auditing, or healthcare compliance.
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO standards and healthcare accreditation systems is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
