Key Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous laboratory tests and chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished beverage products.
- Ensure all quality indicators strictly meet internal company benchmarks and regulatory standards.
- Regularly visit the production workshop to collect representative samples for timely inspection and quality control.
- Safeguard the stability, integrity, and safety of all products throughout the entire manufacturing process.
- Accurately record testing data, maintain comprehensive logs, and issue detailed analysis reports to management.
- Identify potential quality variances promptly and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in solid laboratory operation skills and standard beverage testing methods.
- Ability to independently complete complex sample analysis, interpret results, and maintain precise data records.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and a high level of professional rigor.
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous quality assurance experience within the food and beverage or FMCG manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
