We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across our oil and gas operations, ensuring that all equipment and processes meet rigorous industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect equipment, materials, and processes across the supply chain and rig floor to guarantee full compliance with API and operator standards.
- Oversee non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures to identify any material defects or structural weaknesses.
- Monitor factory acceptance tests (FAT) to ensure manufactured components meet exact project specifications prior to deployment.
- Track tubular inspections rigorously and conduct comprehensive vendor audits to maintain supply chain integrity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to resolve quality discrepancies promptly.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the oil and gas drilling equipment sector.
- Possession of relevant ISO and API certifications is strictly required.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
