About the Role
MyJobMag Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading financial institution seeking a dedicated QA Automation Engineer to elevate their digital platforms and core systems. In this critical role, you will champion software excellence by designing advanced automated testing frameworks that align with stringent security protocols and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Execute comprehensive automated tests for backend APIs, microservices, and databases to guarantee data consistency.
- Identify, log, and track software defects while seamlessly integrating test suites into CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Refactor and update automated scripts continuously to support new product features and evolving system requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing and provide detailed quality reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated QA automation experience within the financial services or FinTech sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber, and API testing platforms like Postman.
- Strong background in object-oriented programming concepts and backend scripting logic.
- Solid command of SQL databases and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
