We are currently recruiting a skilled and dedicated PVC Pipe Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process by operating, monitoring, and maintaining advanced PVC pipe extrusion machinery to meet high-volume production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor PVC pipe extrusion machines efficiently throughout the production cycle.
- Set, calibrate, and adjust critical machine parameters including temperature, pressure, and line speed.
- Feed raw PVC materials into the extrusion systems accurately according to daily production schedules.
- Supervise the complete extrusion, cooling, sizing, and cutting stages to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Inspect finished PVC pipes thoroughly for surface defects, correct dimensions, wall thickness, and overall structural integrity.
- Perform routine troubleshooting to resolve minor mechanical or operational issues swiftly.
- Conduct scheduled cleaning and preventive maintenance on production equipment to prolong machine lifespan.
- Report persistent equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and production delays directly to the floor supervisor.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or relevant technical certification in a mechanical or manufacturing discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience operating PVC pipe extrusion machinery in a factory setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in PVC manufacturing processes, material behavior, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong physical stamina and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding industrial environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to follow strict standard operating procedures.
