About the Role
Fadac Resources, a leading human capital solutions provider, is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Public Relations Officer to manage media relations, corporate communications, and external reputation across our luxury retail brands and business units. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of our brands, crafting compelling narratives and building strategic relationships that enhance our market visibility and safeguard our corporate reputation in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and corporate communications plans aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and key industry influencers.
- Prepare engaging press releases, media statements, and high-impact corporate announcements.
- Coordinate media coverage for exclusive events, product launches, and major brand activities.
- Manage corporate messaging and oversee external communications across multiple platforms.
- Support proactive crisis and reputation-management initiatives to protect brand equity.
- Develop internal newsletters and drive effective employee communications strategies.
- Coordinate media interviews, press briefings, and high-profile media events.
- Monitor media coverage comprehensively and provide detailed reputation and sentiment reports.
- Identify strategic PR opportunities to continuously strengthen brand visibility and market leadership.
- Ensure all communications strictly align with luxury brand standards and corporate guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 to 15 years of proven experience in PR or corporate communications.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong media relationships and a robust professional network.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of brand reputation management and crisis communication.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
