About the Role
Helium Health is a leading full-service Healthtech company providing innovative software solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and patients across emerging markets, anchored by our flagship SaaS electronic medical records and hospital management information system (EMR/HMIS). We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Public Health Implementation Officer to oversee field operations, stakeholder engagement, and user recruitment within Oyo State to ensure our programme targets and deliverables are successfully met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate state-level implementation of programme activities, workplans, and quality standards across healthcare facilities and communities.
- Drive user recruitment and activation strategies, onboarding eligible beneficiaries onto our digital healthcare platforms.
- Supervise, train, and support Community Health Workers (CHWs) and field personnel to achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the State Ministry of Health, local stakeholders, and participating public and private medical facilities.
- Monitor data quality, track implementation progress, and submit timely reports while resolving operational challenges proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in public health programme implementation, field operations, or healthcare delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in supervising field teams, managing stakeholder relations, and working with government bodies or community organizations.
- Familiarity with digital health interventions and maternal/reproductive health programmes is a strong advantage.
- Must be a resident of Oyo State with the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
