Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective Psychology lessons to A-Level and sixth-form students in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials that cater to diverse student learning styles.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record student academic progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to critical thinking and inquiry.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the overall academic and moral development of students.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, school events, and professional development workshops.
- Relevant academic degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, alongside professional teaching qualifications.
- Proven prior teaching experience within an A-Level or sixth-form educational setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside within or around the Lekki-Epe axis in Lagos to ensure seamless commuting.
